I am the Founder and Managing Consultant of Hito HR and Training Consultants. With over 6 years experience in leading projects on Job description writing training, Job Evaluation, Organisational Design and Performance Management. I review job descriptions, develop new job descriptions as well. I develop and facilitate Soft Skills Training as per the client's needs. I have experience in handling job evaluation appeals . I have good project management skills, I build relationships very easily and love to work with people. I deliver training on Customer Care, Supervisory Skills Training and Professional Behaviour for various clients in Namibia. Passionate about people in the workplace
